How did it all start?

We began SDR Home Improvements at the beginning of 2020; just before the start of the first COVID lock downs and we’ve been going strong every since.

It has always been an ambition of mine to start my own construction company and with over 30 years experience in the industry you could say I’ve been there, done it and got the t-shirt.

Starting a business during a pandemic was definitely not the easiest thing to do, but we were determined to make it work. We knew that many people were staying at home more than ever before, and as a result, they were beginning to notice the areas of their homes that needed improvement. This was the perfect opportunity for us to step in and provide our services.

We started off small, with just a few projects here and there, but as word began to spread about our quality of work and professionalism, we started to gain more clients. We take pride in our work and ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard, no matter how big or small.

Now, almost four years later, we have a long list of satisfied clients which is constantly growing. It has been a challenging and rewarding journey so far, and we are excited for what the future holds for SDR Home Improvements.
